Change for many people who are deaf who want to be members of Rotary can be as simple as turning on the closed caption at virtual meetings. Often closed caption is not turned on because of an oversight. Sometimes it is not turned on because there are no deaf people at the meeting. But maybe there are no deaf people at the meeting because the closed caption is never turned on. Making meetings accessible does not need to be complicated or expensive.
